IONIA. Teos. Circa 550 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 13 mm, 3.25 g). Forepart of a griffin to right. Rev. Incuse square punch. Matzke Group As2, 31 (this coin). SNG von Aulock 2253. Very rare and beautifully toned, a lovely coin. Minor marks, otherwise, good very fine.
